Sarah oversees all ministries involving children and infants here at First
United Methodist Church, including "Scripture Stars Studio," an interactive
Sunday School experience for children, "Bible Zone," our Wednesday night program
for children, and "First Gifts," which involves children in learning the sacred
stories during our 10:55 worship hour. She also oversees Vacation Bible
School, and special Lenten and Advent activities for children.
Sarah's husband Jim is Director of the Counseling and Mediation Center of
Dodge City, a Samaritan Mental Health Center located in our church.
They have three children, Corey and Laura, and a college-aged son, Paul. Corey, his wife Marina, and their son Caleb
live in Dodge City, and Corey is on staff as our coordinator of Hispanic
Ministries.
